A. Local Device Permissions (Essential for Core Functionality)

To function as a file manager and media player, the Application requires access to your device’s storage. We only access these files to perform actions explicitly initiated by you:

• Storage / Photos / Media / Files: Required to browse, organize, copy, move, delete, and view documents, photos, and files on your device.

• Media Library (Audio & Video): Required for the built-in Music Player and Video Player to locate local media, play content, and allow you to create custom playlists.

B. Data Processed by AI Features

When you use our AI Document Analyzer, Data Extractor, or Translator features:

• Document Text & Content: The content of the document or file you select for analysis, translation, or extraction is processed to deliver the requested AI output (e.g., summaries, translations).

• Data Handling: If processed via secure cloud servers, this data is transmitted securely via encryption (HTTPS) and is not stored permanently or used to train public AI models. If processed locally on-device, this data never leaves your device.

C. Automatically Collected Data & Analytics

To improve app performance, optimize stability, and fix bugs, we may collect certain non-personal information automatically through third-party tools (like Google Firebase Crashlytics):

• Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

• App crash logs and performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we access and collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the core features of the Application (File Management, Media Playback, AI Tools).

• Process your requests for document analysis, data extraction, and language translation.

• Monitor and analyze app performance to fix bugs and improve user experience.

3. Data Security and Privacy Vault

• Local Processing: Your local files, photos, videos, and music remain strictly on your device. We do not upload your personal storage files to our servers.

• Secure Private Vault: Any files moved to the app's secure private folder/vault are encrypted or hidden locally on your device. We do not have access to your vault password or the files stored inside it.

• Data Transmission: Any data sent to our secure servers for AI processing is fully encrypted in transit.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized or technical data with the following types of service providers:

• AI API Providers: Secure, compliant AI infrastructure partners utilized solely to process your document analysis, summary, and translation requests.

• Analytics Providers: Tools like Firebase or App Analytics to monitor app stability and performance crashes.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove it.
