This data does not contain your personal notes or identifying information.

Because your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's built-in security features.
For any analytical or crash reporting data transmitted to third parties, we use industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to secure data in transit.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data or written notes to anyone.
4. Your Data Deletion Rights
Account Deletion and Data Rights You have full control over your account and personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at admin@juneafternoon.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
Data Retention & Purging: Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account credentials (email and authentication records) from our servers within [e.g., 30 days].
Local Data Deletion: Since your personal notes are stored locally on your device, deleting your account does not automatically remove your notes from your phone. To remove all local notes, you can delete or uninstall the App from your device.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
