  • Identity Masking & Anonymization: Real names and phone numbers of the chat participants are completely scrubbed and replaced with anonymous placeholders (e.g., User A, User B) directly within the device memory. Your actual identities never leave your phone.

  • Context Preservation: Non-personal elements, such as message text and associated timestamps, are preserved to allow the AI to properly evaluate chat dynamics and frequency.

b. Chat Data and AI-Powered Analysis (Ephemeral Cloud Processing)

To generate entertaining insights and templates, the fully anonymized and masked text is securely transmitted to advanced cloud-based AI processing services (Google Vertex AI):

  • In-Transit Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the AI infrastructure is heavily encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS protocols.

  • Ephemeral Computing: The AI analyzes the anonymized text on-the-fly in real-time. The moment the insights are generated and sent back to your device, the text is instantly discarded from the cloud memory.
